Quando nel 1990 usc\u00ec il primo capitolo della serie fu un successo incredibile ed ancora oggi, The Secret of Monkey Island rappresenta un termine di paragone per ogni avventura grafica.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Il successo di Guybrush Threepwood spinse gli sviluppatori (LucasArts) a realizzare un seguito. Infatti, nel 1991 venne pubblicato un altro capolavoro, anzi probabilmente Monkey Island 2: LeChuck\u2019s Revenge \u00e8 addirittura migliore del titolo precedente!<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"frasecentrale\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Tuttavia, in nessuno dei due video games veniva spiegato quale fosse realmente il segreto di Monkey Island.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">In pi\u00f9, il secondo capitolo si concludeva con un finale bizzaro e confuso: moltissimi fan rimasero perplessi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">In seguito, il creatore originale della serie Ron Gilbert, abbandon\u00f2 LucasArts e port\u00f2 con s\u00e9 il segreto dell\u2019isola delle scimmie.
